  • To perform Administrative duties entrusted to ensure daily operations are being run efficiently and effectively. 
  • Responsible for reception and answering of all incoming calls courteously and always provide accurate information to the callers. To operate the PABX switchboard also. 
  • Oversees all aspects of the scheduling meeting arrangement. 
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing mails, courier and etc. 
  • Manages the inventory and distribution of stationery. 
  • Assists in Finance matters such as monitor and raise Purchase Order, manage the filling of storage system for recycling and adhoc assignment. 
  • Oversees other administrative tasks as and when required. 
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, any field. 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply also. 
  • Good communication skills in oral and written in English. 
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality. 
  • Able to multitask and uses initiative to complete work in quality independently. 
  • Able to start work on short notice will be an added advantage.
